About the event
Week 1- Intro to sewing machine, threading, and sewing on fabric. Students will make a little pin cushion to use with their sewing projects.
Weeks 2 through 5- Working on individual projects at their own pace. Students can choose from a few project options. Patterns and fabric are available and included, however students can bring their own pattern and/or fabric. For any questions please email hellosoftspoke@gmail.com
About the instructors:
Anna Vales is a sewing instructor and artist with experience teaching kids. She is patient, creative, and encouraging. Fun fact, Anna is a professional "fairy godmother," of sorts, working as a hair stylist for proms and other special events.
Megan has been teaching sewing to all ages for the last 4 years. Experience working with neurodivergent learners! We welcome all learning styles and look forward to sewing with you!
